I've been making the double dips for awhile. Sometimes, though, I'd like to have a smaller "dip" at the ends. So, I got busy at the torch. Here's a comparison of a regular double dip (about 7mm in diameter) and the mini dip (about 5.5mm in diameter) made on 20 gauge copper wire.
What do you think?

HI Cindy, i guess it would depend on the project there were for but i like the mini ones better myself very cute ttfn L:)
ReplyDeleteThey look awesome but what are they used for?
ReplyDeleteI really like the mini dips! The size is perfect for a small accent.
ReplyDeleteI like them both. But I agree, sometimes it's nice to have something a little smaller.
ReplyDeleteLove having the option in sizes. Has anyone done a tutorial on making these? How do you not melt the metal?
ReplyDeleteTotally love them both! Little is always good though - it's nice to have a wee option.
ReplyDeleteI love both. Are they for sale??
ReplyDeleteI love the double dip! It's like a teardrop.

I think both are great - like some one else said - it really depends on the project! Are they a small finishing detail on a pair of earrings? Then you'd want the small one. Are they a more integral part of the design? Then I'd want the double dips!
