Hmmmm, I can't really say- I'd have to hold them and play with them, and I'm sure I'd come up with something. They are really cool Cindy!
how to describe this... i would first wrap a heavy copper wire with a couple of kinds of fibers in an earthy mix... over that, i would wrap the double dips, staggering them to evoke winter berries on a branch...

Gah! Those would be the perfect complement to those silver ivory rings I bought from you!
I have a necklace idea brewing with those rings...connected with loads of vintagey chain and dripping with chain tassley things...these would be so fun to wrap around the rings to connect them, and to add as little dangles in the chain fringe. Gah! I love 'em! Thanks for sharing!

I'll make napking rings for a very fresh christmas dinner. Fancy fancy fancy dinner.
Without being able to look at them firsthand, the best idea I have for them is making a sort of floral pin out of them - using the dips as the center of a flower and using small bead caps or appropriately-shaped beads to form the petals.
I think i would try and use two of them as a combined centerpiece/clasp for a bracelet. The rest of the bracelet would probably be a rather simple with honeymilk/cream colored beads. I would try and add a 2-3 small beads in different in a totally different color like a cute pink or orange, but that might just look crazy :D
Either way, i really liked what you did with the earrings.

I have been so intrigued by these ever since you had a whole blog dedicated to all the ones you had made then forgotten. I really like the wrapping you did on the earrings, but I could never predict what I would do w/ them. I would have to stare @ them for a while,move them around on a tray w/ other things first!
I would add a double dip to a mobile that I am making.
Good morning comment-ors! Love the ideas that you've posted - winterberries, connectors, pin, clasp and even a mobile - love them! I appreciate that some of you need to have them in hand for inspiration to hit you. It's gonna be hard to choose. I'll have to put all of your names in a hat and draw!

I like the idea of a mixed medium pin using fabric. A large flower comes to mine with this as the center.
