Rings of Summer: Frosted Pear

I created up this bracelet using my Frost Links in Pear and used plain wire links made of bronze colored wire to link them together. It's called the Rings of Summer because the green and bronze color remind me of the lush greens of trees and bushes. It's about 6 and 3/4 inch long and has a handmade clasp. I've been wearing it around the house to make sure it wears well and is very comfortable. It is. It's not a bracelet that hangs down - it fits right to the wrist.

I've put a buy it now button with the picture because it's ready to put up on my website but I won't have time to do it this morning. The buy it now button is quicker and if you like it, you can buy it where you see it.

What do you think of putting up a link to purchase right off the blog? Especially since I usually don't put items up very quickly on my website (good intentions but it takes always longer than I expect.)

nice work! I love the shade of green of the beads and the simplicity of the piece.

I see no reason not to have the buy it button with the blog picture as you don't want someone to come along wanting to buy it and not be able to, they might forget or just not come back once its listed.

Again, great work on this one!

Thanks, Emi! I like the simplicity of the design - the bronze highlights the softness of the glass links. I made a set and left them lined up on my workbench and suddenly, it came to me. Just link them together with a simple set of wire links!

Thanks for your feedback!

I love the frost and the color, and I agree, the simplicity of it makes a great design! I think the "buy it now" button is outstanding! As everyone knows, I am sometimes very computer challenged, so I didn't know you could do that and don't know how!!

Hi Cindy,

I didn't know you COULD put a 'buy it now" button up. Wow! Let us know how successful it is.

I love the green frostiness of your beads and the simple links joining them. I think it's a great idea to have a purchase button-instant access to happiness!

I love the buy it now button (and the bracelet, incidentally) - I was thinking of doing the same thing. Ah, great minds.... :)

The color and the simplicity of the bracelet is genius so is the buy button on the blog. I'm still trying to figure out how to link all the favorite blogs(this being one)to my blog. I don't know computers. UGH

Hi there! I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but the color, the frost and the contrast of the connectors...fabulous!! :)
