I unveiled my
new rolling mill last week so today I'm unveiling what I've done with it! Below are the first few disks of copper and brass I made. You can see one is a little bit more oval than round - it was really hard to roll that one through the mill!
Here's a little closer up....
I used 22 and 24 gauge copper and brass disks. I polished them up and used my
Euro-Power-Punch to make holes after I'd rolled the disks. Making these is seriously addictive!

omg i am so jealous! these are so great!!
Thanks, Jenni and Lorelei! I think the hardest part about making the textured disks was working up the courage to spend the money on the rolling mill! LOL!
Oh yup I'm jealous too...sigh these are pretty awesome!
I love them! Imagine the things you can do with your new tool!!!!!
I'm just a tad jealous.
Cindy, these look great! Have fun with your new toy! As a beader and not bead-maker, I see the new and exciting possibilities.

Those are great. I love the printing on the discs. And it looks like so much fun. Yet another tool to check out. LOL
I want to know more about how that works! I have heard of these things but never seen one in action. How do you make the texture plates? I think this would be so fun!
Enjoy the day.
