Friday Favorites and Fabulous Links

I'm in a playful mood as I write this so I thought I'd have some funny favorites this week. Check out this set of patterns for hats from the sixties that I plucked from Etsy....

Obviously, fashion comes and goes and some should just go. It makes for a good laugh looking back on them and saying what were they thinking?

That one on the lower right is hilarious. It looks like it's a few sizes too small. But I try not to laugh at fashions too much. I have photos from when I was a teen that send my kids into hysterics.

I love that little elfin chapeau Why is the muff on her back in the second photo? - Is she hiding some sort of hideous hump??? Is she the elephant woman??? That gave me a good laugh!WTH???
